FOR ALL STUDENTS IN YEARS 7-13
As many of you will know, the Lutterworth College Careers Team has been running Aspire Career sessions every Monday lunchtimes in 01 for the vast majority of this academic year. In these sessions we have been working with students exploring their career options and future pathways.
As a school we are using START Profile to support these sessions, which is an online careers platform designed to connect students across all year groups with their future career potential.
There are thousands of careers out there and this website gives students a chance to see which ones could work for them.
We are now inviting all students from Year 7 right through to Year 13 to register with START
The START Profile powerpoint guide can be found at the top of this page.
Follow the registration instructions in the guide, using your school email address to set up.
There are lots of activities, resources and information on the START website which will help students to explore their career options, work on their employability skills or decide whether an apprenticeship or university route may be for them.
All students are still welcome to come along to 01 on Mondays from 1:30-2pm and speak to either Mr Eason or myself about anything careers-related. Alternatively students can make an appointment for a 1:1 meeting with me, either directly via firstname.lastname@example.org or through their form tutor. I have plenty of careers information available and can offer advice and guidance when making those important career decisions.
